Room Conception by Nordisk for Messe Frankfurt

With over 1,400 employees, Messe Frankfurt is the world’s largest German trade fair company. Messe Frankfurt controls a global network of 15 subsidiaries, five affiliates and 50 international sales partners, giving the group a presence in over 150 countries for its customers. Events that can claim to have been ‘Made by Messe Frankfurt’ are held at more than 30 locations worldwide. Messe Frankfurt organised a total of 113 trade fairs in 2007, 69 of which took place outside Germany.

Nordisk Büro develops spatial concepts such as those used by Messe Frankfurt at the Fine Art Fair 2006, when a restaurant/café space with a floor some 300 square metres in size was conceived as a large tent with seating and a bar area in which trade fair participants could relax.
